- Login? Make sure your Telegram account is active and that you can receive login codes.
- Playback/cache? Some files may need time to prepare before playback starts. You can clear media cache in Settings.
- Billing or unlock issue? Lifetime unlock purchases are handled by Amazon Appstore or Google Play, depending on where you installed the app. For payment or refund issues, contact the store where you made the purchase.
